From the NYTimes Circuits Email that I get, two quotes worth passing on from the BLOGs by MSoft employees on the Ultra-Mobile PC (UMPC) – apparently a train wreck in the making:

"Putt's Law" is a hilarious guide to career advancement in high-tech organizations. Long out of print, a new edition of the book was just released by the IEEE Press and John Wiley & Sons.
